Stefan leads Finance and IT, bringing detailed focus and global operations experience. A former IT director, he has led corporate scale systems projects for billion-dollar firms. With hands-on expertise in sales and warehouse software, Stefan delivers service excellence, passionately supporting customers and building the business daily.
Emma leads the Thatcham Park teams, expertly managing administration and staff development. She motivates her team while maintaining strong customer relationships. Emma ensures customer needs are central to all operations, with a clear focus on timely, accurate order processing and dispatch, consistently supporting clients and helping their businesses succeed.
Rhianna leads operations with outstanding attention to detail and a strong commitment to high standards that support excellent customer service. Holding a business and finance degree plus a postgraduate qualification, she is dedicated to shaping our operational culture and driving development across the organisation to ensure continuous improvement and success.
Highly driven and detail-focused, Ricky has been with FuturePro for over six years, progressing from warehouse operative to manager at the Thatcham site. He’s experienced significant growth and change, working closely with colleagues to support customers, many of whom regularly praise the team’s dedication, reliability, and consistently strong performance.
